  • A Free Custom Race Day T-Shirt honoring a branch of the Armed Forces. (2024 is the Marines).
  • A Free Pair of Custom Calf Socks. (2024 is the Marines).
  • 2 Free 20-Oz. Custom Water Bottles for your journey (2024 is the Marines).
  • A Free 16oz Pint Glass.
  • A Free Bib Boards bib holder (replaces safety pins), in the design of a US Flag. (While supplies last).
  • Free photos taken of you along the course and at the festival area. These will be yours at no cost! A link will be provided after the conclusion of the event for downloading.

Special Notes:

  1. There is no bib mailing for this event. All bibs must be picked up the day before the event.
  2. Event is in a remote location so plan your morning drive accordingly.
  3. No refunds are allowed after you have registered.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is packet pick up?

Packets can be picked up the day before the event (Location forthcoming). There will be no packet mailing for the 2024 event.

What does the packet consist of?

All registrants receive a commemorative race day technical running shirt, plus their bib number, a bib board (safety pin alternative), pair of socks, and a parking pass.

How do I exchange a shirt?

Once you receive your chosen shirt you asked for during registration, there is no exchanges. We have a tight inventory so there is not room for this.

What time does the race start?

Following the playing of taps, and then the singing of the national anthem the event starts sharp at 6:30am.

What is the time limit?

We give all entrants 5 1/2 hours to finish the course.

Will you have porta-potties?

Porta Potties will be made available at the start line, and again at the finish line.

Medical personnel on site?

Each Water Stop has a team of volunteers and an oversight person with a medical bag able to treat most common running related injuries. We have a standby medical response team that can be deployed on to the course if needed. We also have medical personnel at the start and conclusion of the event.

Can I run with a pet?

Pets, while allowed in the park, cannot be off a leash while on the course. Pets must be supervised at all times in accordance with the parks rules. This includes picking up their waste. Please adhere to this. Thank you.

Refund Policy if unable to race?

Once registered, we do not give refunds. We can accommodate a transfer to another runner however.

Will there be refreshments?

We will offer water, re-hydration drink, and snacks on the course and at the conclusion of the event.
